MINUTES FOR SELECTMEN'S MEETING DRAFT

Attended by James Willey, Bill Jones and Warren Noble. Also in attendance was Steve Adamson, Frances Flint, and DJ Curtis.

1. OPENING: The meeting opened with the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

2. WARRANT: The Selectmen tended to reviewing and approving the Warrant presented by Treasurer, Frances Flint.

3. RUBBISH:

    a. The Selectmen discussed various financial items on the proposed contract with Steve Adamson. After discussion, the one year contract was agreed upon (3-0) and signed.

    b. The Selectmen discussed this year's bulky waste and metal pickups. A newspaper notice was put on hold until more details came in.

    c. The Bulky waste pickup is scheduled for;

        i. Friday 7/25/08 (12:00 to 4:00 pm)

        ii. Saturday 7/26/08 (8:00 to 4:00 pm)

        iii. Sunday 7/27/08 (8:00 to 12:00 pm)

d. The Metal pickup is scheduled for: Week of August 3, to August 9, 2008

4. OPENED MAIL and ADJOURNED the meeting at 8:00 pm.
