| May 23 This is likely a Greenish-Flowered Pyrola (Pyrola virens). The leaves are very small, the largest being about an inch long. I usually miss this stage of growth of the pyrola because it occurs in the height of black fly season. and I'll usually find an excuse to avoid the damp buggy woods. |  |
